Voodoo is located on Arran Quay and while it is a bit away
from the centre of town, this "21st Century Rock Garden" is a joy to behold. The interior is large and spacious with the
generally young crowd enjoying themselves no-end. The service
is superb (no long queues at the long bar area), the pints
tasty and even though they are a bit expensive, you will live with it.
It is also a pub which showcases live original bands, there
usually is a cover charge but this is well worth it to see
orginal music.
Incidentally, Huey from the Fun Lovin' Crinminals is the owner
and it is as cool a pub as he is a person. Also, look out for the
80's style arcade game Frogger.
Voodoo is a great place, where I met the most beautiful boy in all Ireland... Calvin where are you?
That's the best pub in dublin. Really nice atmosphere. My sister and I had a great time there...
Good pub for showcasing bands butit is far too pricey and they run out of brands far too often and u have to end up some other expensive beer etc :P Bouncers are fairly ok and u get pizza for 3 euros a slice!
