With it's villagey feel, Ballybrack's Rambler's Rest is a true Irish gem- one that I'd almost given up on finding. Situated next to the village's crossroads, the original part of the pub has been tastfully extended toward the back, with comfortable seating in the central atrium. Open discussion amongst the locals on all the important issues, from the next dead cert to Bertie's political future. Wonderfull service, and a great Guinness!
