- A great pub, with friendly barstaff and nice pints. There are doormen every night, but they are friendly enough.

- Good Atmosphere most of the time, young enough crowd in the lounge during the week. Has a good carvery on a Sunday, and a Trad session in the lounge most weeks too. The drink is reasonably priced, and the staff are fairly good. Make sure you have ID though, there's doormen all the time.

- This pub has not got Trad sessions. The carvery is 7 days a week and not just Sunday and the doormen are only there at weekends.
