Lovely pub, lovely original art, nice doormen, staff, service etc. the music is just too LOUD!!!!!!! Please turn it down!!!!!!!!!

The Front Lounge (and Back Lounge) is an interesting pub to go to. I am straight but it is known to get a lot of gay people. Although it was very funny, the gay guys making jokes at me. They are really chatty and will talk to anyone. It's a good place to go if you are fed up with over packed superpubs or didnt get into the Turks Head, or fed up of drunk straight foreign guys asking you back to their hotel, at least you won't get that problem here. The decor is simple, although lots of artistic paintings on the wall.
The Front Lounge or FLOUNGE as it is better known is one of Dublins premier un official gay bars with 80% of its clientel being gay. Its spacious, brightly lit, with artistic decor, but be warned on a weekend night it gets very packed and can get very hot due to the lack of airconditioning.
