Review: If you're looking for a Traditional Irish pub look no further than the O Sheas Merhcant on Lower Bridge Street. This pub is a great way to spend a night out in Dublin from the live music nightly to possibly one of the cheapest pints in Dublin City Centre, a pint of Guinness. The pint itself tasted well too. The barstaff are friendly and the Irish memrobilia on the walls of the spacious bar adds a nice authentic touch. All in all, a good pub for a night out. Public Reviews: - y wife and I spent New Year's Eve 06/07 and many more hours in the great atmosphere of this inviting pub. Impressive experience! Very nice people including us in. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, in fact Tommy went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The music was absolutely out of this world and the dancing fantastic. Eleven Taffies on a rugby week-end, what more can we ask for. O'Shea's Merchant must be the first port of call in 2008. The locals were so friendly to us. Saw local dancers and the music was great. We are both 50+ but felt 20+ after a night in the merchant.
