On a sunny day O'Reillys in Sandymount is just the ticket - the beer garden is a very well kept secret - just think of your granny's back garden (complete with friendly dog called Kate), then just add friends and beer. Although if its VERY sunny you could just drink cider over in the park (remember your own brown paper bag)
You can get a sambo, but don't expect anything fancy - it is also home to the longest couch in Ireland.
For you disgusting smokers, every care has been taken that you don't get rained on or get a chill even, with a heated smokers porch to the back.
The staff are quite grumpy, but I prefer hygiene over cordial staff anyday, and the glasses are always clean.
