Casual Bar
Review:
O'Neills is located just off Dame Street on Suffolk street close to the St.Andrew's church tourist information centre. It has a bohemian feel to it, both hampered and uplifted by it's inclusion on the literary pub crawls. It stays open the regular pub hours. The staff are very efficient and you never have to ask twice or shout. Both upstairs and downstairs are ideal places to relax in and if there is a match on there is a big screen located upstairs. This pub is ideal for a quick pint and some grub after a long day in the city centre or a swift one before the real session begins however you may not want to leave as the pints are tasty and keenly priced. This pub is wheelchair accessible. A live trad music session takes place on Sundays from 8.30pm.

Public Reviews:
- Great food, try the North star Guinness. Get in early as best seats go if in for the sorting events.Get food also early as huge portions served by sullen Russians will feed a small country

- As a regular visitor to Dublin a drink here is now a tradition for our group of friends. It is the perfect start on the Lunchtime session with a high quality pint, good service and staff. The added bonus is the food which is great and lays the right foundations for a few more Guinness!

- My favourite pub in Dublin. It's a bit like a warren with so many areas that you can always find a bit of space - even when busy. Lovely food and drink and very, very friendly.

- O'Neill's is a must if you are drinking in Dublin, whether native or tourist. Plenty of room inside, great atmosphere, bar staff who really know what they are doing and in the afternoons, you can't beat their carvery. It's all the eating you'll need for the day! There is no real door policy and the pints are excellent. Also there are 3 bars (2 downstairs, 1 up) and loads of little alcoves with seats, so it's rare you will have to stand with your pint but if you do it won't be for long. Make a point of going here at least once the next time you are in the city

- I've been to this pub several times now. Each time I'm there, I find a different bar. I'm sure that the next time I go, I'll find one in the toilet. Although I've never heard any live music there, the atmosphere at night is warm and friendly. Met an old Dubliner there who was out on his own celebrating hi friends birthday. He recited a string of poems in Gaelic and gave us an Irish jig before telling us that he'd got his friends birthday wrong and would be back the next week. Classy Pub! Great service!

- Loacated in the city centre this is the type of place you go to have a good time with your mates. Average priced pints and good laughs all around. Especially good for watching football matches or if you want to go for a quiet drink.

- Not strictly a lively pub, but a good spot to meet friends or to see tourists trying to drink a glass of Guinness. Most certainly a Dublin institution, O'Neill's is definitely worth a visit if you're coming to Dublin but don't expect to meet any women.

- O'Neill's pub is a blast from the past, with smoke-filled rooms, a warren of drinking areas and bar staff who can pour a pint properly. It does sometimes take some time to be served, especially if lots of stouts are being served.

- I was in O Neills over the weekend and found it to be a grand pub for a few drinks with friends. What was strange was that when I got there it was packed (and most of the upstairs area was booked out) but as the night went on it cleared out. Pints and service were both fine and they had a good food area.

- A good big traditional pub split into various rooms an also includes an upstairs. Quite a nice big snug backing onto Suffolk Street. This is quite typical of the big city centre pubs and you could meet locals as well as people from all over the world. Not a good place to meet people due to the size.
