Cocoon is situated on Duke Lane which is hidden away just off Grafton Street.
It is a very stylish and trendy pub which exudes confidence. It usually fills
up at the weekend and can get a bit crowded. The atmosphere is vibrant and
friendly, the eye candy is great - plenty of good looking people.
The beer tastes fine and is reasonably priced - I was expecting it to be dearer.
The barstaff are good with service quite swift. Outside, there are a few tables
and chairs which are usually full everytime I see them, but would be handy for
a group of smokers. Cocoon is a good place for a night out with friends - dress stylish however, or you may feel a bit out of place.
This pub is wheelchair accessible.
This bar is the place to be seen. It is frequented by the trendy and sometimes celebs if they're in town. It is or was part-owned by former F-1 Ferrari Driver Eddie Irvine (although you're unlikely to see him there).
This bar will not be to everyone's taste. Very trendy so you might struggle to get in with your ripped jeans and t-shirt. Worth going in for the scenery though.
Can't fault the atomosphere in this recently renovated place. Lively mix of 20 somethings. Can get crowded very quickly. Too many posers though and that's just the blokes. The staff have interesting uniforms though
