Irish Coffee

Description
A distinctive coffee to heat you up. Rumour has it that it was first served at Shannon Airport to warm up pilots on the first transatlantic flights when they stopped off for refuelling.

If your bar doesn't serve it, here's the ingredients
below, tell them, if you're nice they may make it
for you or you can make it yourself at home.

Ingredients:
1 Measure (3 cl) of Irish Whiskey
1 teaspoon of raw sugar
1 heaped desertspoon of whipped cream
Hot strong coffee to fill the glass

Pre-warm a stemmed glass. Add the whiskey.
Add the sugar and stir in the coffee.
Float the whipped cream on top.
Drink the coffee through the cream (ie do not stir after adding the cream).
Enjoy!
